You have the yarn, the pattern, the needles and now its time to swatch! Not sure why, how or when to swatch? Or maybe you swatched and are stuck on what to do next. We can learn so much from our swatch and most importantly, will the fabric we created work for the project we want to make. 

This class is not a learn to knit class, participants must know how to knit and purl.

In this ONE PART, 2 hours class you will learn:

• Do we really need to swatch?
• Swatching flat vs in the round
• How to count the stitches in our swatch, both stockinette and textured fabric
• What is blocking and why it is important

Supplies to bring:

• 25 grams of worsted weight yarn (or heavier)and needles to match weight of yarn
