Shipping policy

Orders ship via Canada Post OR UPS. 

Shipping is just $11.50 FLAT RATE for orders in BC & AB

Shipping is a flat rate of just $15 for the rest of Canada 

Shipping to USA is a flat rate of $17 for orders under $145

ORDERS OVER $145 within Canada & USA - we pay the shipping

Delivery times within Canada vary from 3 - 14 business days.  This is a timeline estimate provided by Canada Post and Wool & Waves is unable to make any delivery time guarantees.  Additional coverage or faster shipping methods are available at the buyer's expense.

US orders over $145 ship free via the most economical carrier and is subject to additional fees such as duties or taxes associated with international shipments. Additional coverage or faster shipping methods are available at the buyer's expense.  US orders shipped via the most economical carrier will not always be tracked.  USPS tends to have longer delivery times than normal so be prepared to wait up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive at its final destination. 

******If you live in the US and are faced with costs at time of delivery, I am not able to offer any discounts/refunds/exceptions to my delivery costs. Any costs charged by the US gov't/postal company are at the buyers expense. Prior to shipping, if additional costs are due PRIOR to shipping, we will contact you for payment.

If you live within the Comox Valley - we offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY or Local Pick Up and will have these goodies in your hot little hands within two to three business days! *excluding long weekends and stat holidays (please email Christine@woolandwaves.com if you are unsure if you qualify).  

If you are purchasing a wee little item (a needle or stitch marker), Letter mail may be an option.  If so, we will edit your order accordingly and refund the shipping fees paid and simply charge a flat rate of $6.50 + appropriate tax for Letter mail.  LETTER MAIL will not be tracked. 

Wool & Waves is not responsible for fees that may be charged by the carrier after the shipment leaves the warehouse.

 All shipping costs are shown in Canadian Dollars and shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error has been made on our end.
