Class Requirements:
At this time Wool & Waves offers classes for folks 16 years or older. No exceptions, please.
To ensure you get the most out of the class & that it is a class that matches your skillset, please read through the class descriptions before registration.
Unable to attend?
If you are unable to attend, please give 72 hours notice for a full refund. Due to limited resources and availability, we are unable to offer make-up sessions or private lessons for missed classes.
Last minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Wool & Waves cancels the class:
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule the class (low enrollment, illness, circumstances beyond our control), we will contact you right away and offer an appropriate solution.
If you are late or miss a class:
Please be on time for class (on-time = 5 to 10 mins early)! Also, the first class of any workshop is really important and if you miss the first class, there are no refunds or makeup classes.
Due to limited resources and availability, we are unable to offer make-up sessions or private lessons for missed classes.
Accessibility:
There are two steps in front of the shop and there is a ramp for those who prefer. Service dogs are welcome.
Inclusion policy:
Everyone is welcome here! It is very important that everyone who visits the shop & attends a class feels welcome and safe.
There is a zero tolerance policy for violence, threats, racism, bullying or intimidation. We reserve the right to ask anyone violating these policies to leave, without refund or credit.
