Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Wool & Waves!
We encourage you to purchase that safety skein (nobody has time to run out of yarn mid-project) and we allow for returns if those trusty skeins are not required but we have a few things to keep in mind...
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that wound or balled yarn is final sale.
We are not able to refund you on shipping charges. Please pop those goodies in the mail but remember, we can't refund or, credit shipping fees UNLESS an error was made by our shipping team.

Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Wound or balled yarn will not be eligible for returns, exchanges or credits.
Sale items and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
The easiest and fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and advise you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded.
