Custom Woolen Mills Mule Spinner 1 - ply is a beautiful, rustic, wooly wool that is hands down, one of our most favourite wools to work with and to wear.  Soak your finished item in a bath of lukewarm water with your favourite wool soak and you will be pleasantly surprised at how soft and cozy your item becomes.  Weavers are also a fan of this rustic beauty.  

Mule Spinner Yarns are made from the finest Canadian grown Merino and Rambouillet wool and spun using a Spinning Mule built in 1910. They are extremely soft with an airy, lively characteristic all their own. Unlike new industrial spinning processes, Mule Spun yarns are drawn, spun, relaxed, then wound, mirroring the processing pattern of hand-spinning.
