Zauberball is a longtime favourite among knitters for its long colour changes and wide variety of colour combos. We like it because it is self striping and who doesn't love a yarn that is fun to knit with!

75% SW Virgin Wool/25% Biodegradable Nylon
- 459 yards/420 meters
- 100 grams/3.53 ounces
- Gauge 30.0 to 32.0 sts = 4 inches
- US 0 - 2½ or 2 - 3mm
While this yarn does have nylon in it and you could technically use it for socks, we would not recommend it for socks. This is a single-ply yarn and will not hold up like a yarn that is plied (see Zauberball Crazy) - if you are keen to darn your heels and toes, give it a go for socks, otherwise use it for fun shawls and wraps!
